Terms & Conditions — t1971 Platform Agreement

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the t1971 website accessible at https://t1971.bio, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, games, betting markets, payment interfaces, account management tools, and content.
• "t1971", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the t1971 platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of deposited funds, accrued winnings, and eligible bonus credits held in your account at any given time.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or real-money play placed on any game, market, or event available through the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive granted by t1971 subject to applicable terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1   This Agreement is entered into between you and t1971 at the moment you first access the platform, whichever of the following occurs earliest: (a) you visit any page of https://t1971.bio; (b) you complete the registration form; or (c) you make a deposit or place a wager.

2.2   Your continued use of the platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when material changes were last made.

2.3   If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to this Agreement and that the individual meets all eligibility requirements stated in Section 3.

2.4   This Agreement incorporates by reference t1971's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are available on this website. In the event of any conflict between those documents and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1   The platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register and maintain an active account with t1971, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. t1971 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions it serves.
• You are acting as a private individual in your own personal capacity, not as a commercial agent, reseller, or on behalf of a business entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of t1971, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• Participation in online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or location at the time of play.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by t1971 or any associated responsible gaming programme.

3.2   During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.3   t1971 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by t1971's support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.4   Registration of accounts using fictitious identities, aliases, or third-party personal information is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. t1971 will report credible evidence of identity fraud to relevant authorities.

4. Account Management

4.1   One Account Policy. Each player may hold exactly one registered account on the t1971 platform. If our systems detect that a player has opened or is operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits may be voided at t1971's sole discretion.

4.2   Account Security. You are entirely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. t1971 recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password for your account. t1971 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from t1971 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.3   Unauthorised Access. You must notify t1971 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. t1971 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is in progress. t1971 is not liable for losses incurred prior to the notification being received by our support team.

4.4   Account Currency. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). t1971 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any transactions processed in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, which may include a conversion margin.

4.5   Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. t1971 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after the 12-month threshold, deducted from the account balance. You will receive email notice before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity may be archived.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1   Deposit Methods. t1971 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name.

5.2   Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction in the platform's cashier section.

5.3   Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your t1971 account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution. t1971 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4   Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit into the account, and only to accounts registered in your own name. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

5.5   Withdrawal Processing Times. t1971 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. These times represent t1971's internal processing targets and do not include any additional time required by the receiving financial institution.

5.6   Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily and monthly maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the cashier section of your account. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and may be processed in multiple instalments at t1971's discretion.

5.7   Fees. t1971 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are outside t1971's control. t1971 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party financial institutions.

5.8   Return of Funds Policy. t1971 reserves the right to return deposited funds to their source payment method without processing as account balance if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, payment method misuse, or breach of this Agreement. In such cases, no withdrawal fee is charged on the returned amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1   t1971 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement.

6.2   Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount.

6.3   Bonus Abuse. t1971 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (also known as "hedging"), exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, and transferring bonus funds between accounts. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently suspended.

6.4   Promotion Modifications. t1971 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to an account prior to modification or cancellation, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall apply to that bonus.

6.5   Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonus offers expire as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Credited but unmet bonus wagering requirements will expire after 30 days unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1   Game Integrity. All games available on the t1971 platform are sourced from certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. These studios operate under international gaming certifications and use verified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. t1971 does not independently control game outcomes.

7.2   Bet Placement. A wager is considered placed and final once confirmed by the platform and a reference number is issued. t1971 does not accept requests to void, cancel, or amend placed wagers except in circumstances where t1971 exercises its rights under this Agreement (e.g., technical error, void event, odds error).

7.3   Odds Errors and Manifest Errors. t1971 reserves the right to void any wager placed at clearly erroneous odds, prices, or terms caused by a system or human error. A "manifest error" is one that a reasonable person would have recognised as an error at the time of placing the wager. In such circumstances, t1971 will refund the stake to the player's account.

7.4   Void Events. If a sporting event, match, or competition is cancelled, postponed, or voided after a wager has been placed and not settled, t1971 will apply the void-event rules stated in the relevant sportsbook rules for that sport. Stakes for void events are typically returned to the player's account.

7.5   Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to additional rules stated in the sportsbook section of the platform. t1971 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Wagers placed after the outcome of an event is determined — due to data feed delay or any other reason — are void and stakes are returned.

7.6   Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per settlement period apply to sportsbook and casino products. These limits are displayed in the relevant sections of the platform and may be updated periodically. In the event a winning exceeds the applicable maximum payout, t1971 will pay the maximum stated limit only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t1971 platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person or using another individual's personal information to register an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technical device to place wagers, access account features, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or betting markets — whether discovered accidentally or deliberately sought out.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes, share account access, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that distorts fair play.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers on events for which you possess non-public material information that could influence the outcome.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or any activity associated with the proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in arbitrage or low-risk hedging strategies primarily designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you do not have authorisation, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with platform software.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward t1971 staff, support agents, or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1   t1971 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. If it becomes something more — a source of financial stress, emotional distress, or compulsive behaviour — players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account or to contact our support team.

9.2   t1971 provides the following responsible gaming controls to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Changes to reduce a limit take effect immediately; changes to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders at 30, 60, and 90-minute intervals to alert you of elapsed play time.

10. Privacy & Data

10.2   t1971 uses the personal data you provide for the purpose of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and communication related to your account and our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3   t1971 may share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of operating the platform — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios. All such third parties are subject to contractual data protection obligations.

10.4   t1971 retains player data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1   All content on the t1971 platform — including but not limited to the t1971 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of t1971 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works from, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform or its content.

11.3   The t1971 name and logo are proprietary identifiers of the t1971 brand. Use of these marks in any context outside of personal reference to the platform requires prior written authorisation from t1971.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1   The t1971 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While t1971 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12.2   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t1971's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12.3   t1971 shall not be liable for: (a) losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials; (b) losses caused by third-party payment processor delays or failures; (c) loss of winnings arising from a technical error that has been corrected under Section 7.3; (d) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

12.4   Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits t1971's liability for death or personal injury caused by t1971's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1   By t1971. t1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of any provision of this Agreement; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; receipt of a chargeback on a deposit; or at the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

13.2   By the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting t1971 support via email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, t1971 will process any eligible remaining balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3   Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by t1971 — your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits are forfeited. Real-money balance will be returned to the extent required by this Agreement.

13.4   Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

14. Amendments

14.1   t1971 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Agreement will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, t1971 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification.

14.2   Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14.3   t1971 also reserves the right to amend game-specific rules, sportsbook rules, payment method terms, and promotion terms at any time. These subsidiary rules are subject to the same notification principles described in Section 14.1.

15. Governing Law

15.1   This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the t1971 platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through t1971's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, conducted in English.

15.2   t1971 operates a structured complaints resolution process.
